Hello to all you MIFF Members!

We hope you are well rested and ready for the movie marathon that is the Melbourne International Film Festival.

There is a feast of films to see this year so we hope you have all studied the Festival Guide and marked out what you want to see in your diaries.

We thought it would be good at this point to drop you a note to remind you of all the wonderful benefits that you as MIFF members get to access during the Festival as well as provide a few reminders on how things will operate so that we will have as smooth a festival as possible.

Membership Benefits:
•    Priority queuing and access to all Festival venues (conditions apply, see below)
•    Exclusive member discounts on all ticket options
•    10% discount on all Festival merchandise
•    10% discount on Festival Lounge food and beverages

Other discounts outside of the Festival:
•    8 x exclusive preview screenings of latest film releases for members & a guest each year
•    Concession entry to MIFF’s cinema partners – Cameo, Village Europa, Nova, Classic, Greater Union, Imax (20% discount), Kino, Mornington, Palace, Sun Theatre, Rivoli

KEY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
•    Members MUST carry their valid membership card with them in order to access membership benefits. If it is not presented, benefits may be denied.
•    Membership cards are non transferable and valid identification will be requested when making ticket purchases or pick-ups.
•    Members MUST produce photo ID on request to ensure they are the Member listed on the membership card.
•    Members will be allocated an exclusive admittance queue at each screening venue with priority entry to the cinema. Members should arrive 15 minutes prior to screening time.
•    Priority entry to screening venues is not guaranteed for latecomers.
•    Priority queues may be subject to spot membership card checks, to ensure the integrity of the member program.
•    Lost membership cards will incur a replacement cost of $5.00 (postage & handling) and must be reported to the MIFF office together with a signed statutory declaration.


FAQ:
HOW MANY PASSES CAN EACH MEMBER BUY?
Each member is entitled to buy a maximum of one passport OR 2 mini passes. Passes are only to be used by the member (not for friends or family!).

SINGLE SESSIONS:
Each member can only buy one single session ticket at the discounted rate per session. Single tickets purchased at the member’s price are only to be used by the member.
